Together with local colleges we are looking to appoint a new Architectural Administration Apprentice to help with our ever increasing workload, whilst completing a Level 2 apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
The day to day duties will involve;
Assisting the Office Manager in their tasks,
Keeping records of incoming calls and forwarding messages via email,
Greeting clients and suppliers,
Creating letters, invoices and quotes,
Other general administration duties
The role would also progress to include;
Attending site meetings with staff and minute taking,
Organising staff meetings and seminars,
Assisting the Architectural team in finalising accounts and handling correspondence for projects.
The successful candidate should have good people skills, be computer literate and be reliable as well as hard working and possessing the ability to work autonomously.
A-C in GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
